Bill is a seasoned veteran in business with 35 years of experience in various roles with companies focusing on Outsourcing Services, Systems, and Marketing; while holding positions as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, Director of Marketing, and Director of Operations.

 

Bill prides himself on the positive impact he has had on client operations as they outsource vital services, like IT, with in their organization.  He knows full well the challenges and implications that lead to great client relations and success in the outsourcing industry.  The hallmark to Bill’s career has been leading clients, divisions, and companies to drive revenue, maximize efficiency, and enable the client to focus on ‘their’ core business.

 

Away from work Bill spends time with his two girls, Bailei and Rylei, and his wife, Karen, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.  Bill is an avid outdoors-man.  Waist deep in a steam fly fishing, sitting on a pier fishing, backpacking anywhere ‘off the grid’, and biking are Bill’s passions.
