Your Role at ITConnexx
As an IT Network Technician, you will be at the forefront of our client support operations, ensuring seamless technology experiences for businesses in the De Pere area. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day responsibilities:
Reactive Support
Rapid Response: Quickly address and resolve technical issues for our clients, whether they involve desktops, servers, mobile devices, peripherals, or software. You'll be the go-to expert they rely on when technology hiccups arise.
Remote and On-Site Solutions: While most issues can be handled remotely, some local on-site support will be necessary. This blend of remote and in-person work keeps the role dynamic and engaging.
Vendor Liaison: Act on behalf of clients to troubleshoot problems with third-party vendors, ensuring smooth and effective resolution.
Deployment and Configuration: Assist with setting up new user accounts, and deploying desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software. You'll play a critical role in keeping our clients' systems up-to-date and running smoothly.
Communication and Documentation: Use our ticketing software to document every resolution and keep clients informed throughout the process.
Remote Management: Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software to control and manage clients' systems, maintaining their IT environments efficiently and effectively.
Network Monitoring
Backup Review: Regularly check the status of client backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Alert Investigation: Dive into triggered network alerts to diagnose and address potential issues before they escalate.
Service Performance: Monitor the performance of centralized services to maintain optimal operational conditions for our clients.
